1. Eligibility:

• Available for new pole barn construction projects booked between November 5, 2024, and November 29, 2024.

• Customers must request an estimate within this period to qualify for the discount.

• Estimate must be accepted within two weeks of receiving to qualify for the discount.

2. Discount Structure:

• Small Build (Up to 1200 sq. ft.): $500 discount

• Medium Build (1201 to 2400 sq. ft.): $1,000 discount

• Large Build (2401+ sq. ft.): Call for discount

3. Conditions:

• Applies to new builds only (no repairs, renovations, or extensions).

• The project must comply with local building codes and regulations.

• The discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

4. Exclusions:

• Projects booked outside the promotional period are not eligible.

• Customizations or upgrades outside the standard build are not eligible for the discount.

5. Other Terms:

• Deep South Builders is not responsible for delays due to material shortages, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the project is located.
